Scope of Work Podcuts Editing offers various services including, but not limited to, audio and video podcast editing, video ads creation, podcast jingles, and branded motion graphics. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website.

Service Delivery All services will be delivered digitally via the specified client communication channels, including email, Google Drive, or other agreed-upon methods. We aim to meet all deadlines agreed upon at the start of the project, subject to the timely provision of all necessary materials from the client.

Client Obligations

Material Provision Clients must provide all necessary materials and instructions required for the completion of services. Failure to do so may result in delays for which we are not responsible.

Approval Process Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner. Any delays in the approval process may affect the delivery schedule.

Payment Terms

Pricing Our pricing details are outlined on our website or as provided in the individual project agreement. We offer competitive hourly rates and package deals.

Invoicing Invoices will be issued upon completion of the work, or as per the agreed-upon milestones. Payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

International Payments We accept international payments via Stripe and Monzo. Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred for international transactions.

Intellectual Property

Ownership Upon full payment, the client will own the final edited material. Podcuts Editing retains the right to use any produced content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Materials Clients retain ownership of any materials provided to Podcuts Editing for the purpose of service delivery. Clients grant Podcuts Editing a license to use these materials for the duration of the project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose any such information to any third party without prior written consent.

Liability

Limitation of Liability Podcuts Editing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold Podcuts Editing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services.

Termination

Termination by Client Clients may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

Termination by Podcuts Editing Podcuts Editing reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions or fails to make timely payments.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Podcuts Editing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any updates.
