The terms that govern working with Podcuts, and how your data is handled.

By accessing this website or working with us, you accept these terms. Please don't continue to use Podcuts if you don't agree to all of the terms stated on this page.
Scope of work. Podcuts offers a range of podcast post-production services including, but not limited to, audio and video editing, mixing and mastering, colour correction, clips and reels, motion graphics, and distribution. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website.
Service delivery. All services are delivered digitally via the agreed client communication channels, including email, Google Drive, or other agreed methods. We aim to meet all deadlines agreed at the start of a project, subject to the timely provision of all necessary materials from the client.
Material provision. Clients must provide all materials and instructions required to complete the services. Failure to do so may result in delays for which we are not responsible.
Approval process. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner. Any delays in approval may affect the delivery schedule.
Pricing. Our pricing is outlined on our website or in the individual project agreement. We offer hourly rates and package deals.
Invoicing. Invoices are issued on completion of the work, or against agreed milestones. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Where a client pays in advance for a package or block of services, the following terms apply:
It is the client's responsibility to make use of prepaid services within the agreed timeframe.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
International payments. We accept international payments via Stripe and Monzo. Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred for international transactions.
Ownership. Upon full payment, the client owns the final edited material. Podcuts retains the right to use produced content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client materials. Clients retain ownership of any materials provided to Podcuts for the purpose of service delivery, and grant Podcuts a licence to use those materials for the duration of the project.
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability. Podcuts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
Indemnification. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Podcuts harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services.
Termination by client. Clients may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
Termination by Podcuts. Podcuts reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions or fails to make timely payments.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Podcuts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
